Work Experience

Started off as a part-time job for the German company with primary goal to take care of the customer support. The company offered Warehouse services to their clients which had online shop platforms. In the beginning, the responsibilities were focused on smooth operation and shipment of the orders that involved hundreds of thousands of articles. Collaborated and communicated closely with clients, warehouse staff, management staff and third party personae. Used JTL software to make things done. After two months, started as a full-time job and additional work has been done. Started working on advanced IT support which is database migration, services configuration as well as IT Consultancy where Ticketing System was implemented (for all sides), automated PowerBI reports and worked on different dashboards that are used for analytics and overview.

First encounter with the company was the Internship on DevOps position. Worked on separate project - Asset Management with other participants. It showed the unexplored territory which was awesome on so many levels. Had a chance to learn about Linux, Server Management, Containerization, CI/CD and much more. Starting November 2021. responsibilities start as a full time developer for the Meta Software Solutions. First tasks were related for operative things and communication on the project that was assigned. Later started with system development, mainly on the Frontend side using specific version of AngularJS, SASS and Node packages. There was task to create centralized logging service for all production devices (from initialization, to realization), in order to optimize storage and debugging processes. The service that was created is Graylog with full compatibility with software. During the last months in company, worked on automation tests for the system using Cypress, which paved the way to the QA experience as well.

Joined Board of European Students of Technology organization on a local level of University of "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar. Primarly joined for friendship and travel, seeking new adventures and challenges. Used to work on event organization on different positions during the first months. Year later was elected for Vice President of the local group. This position required on working mainly on finances and documentation of the organization. There were responsibilities like: Mail management and communication on different organization levels, evidence of reports and meetings, creating event budgets, finance management, membership review, board member responsibilities etc. In September 2021. was elected for President position and had a chance to lead the organization. As a President, chance has been used to learn from previous experience, and truly remarkable ideas were realized.

First job position in career and it started as Designer. When realized that Design isn't very suited path, and proceeded with other things experimenting. Worked on various different task since there were a lot of projects. There were a lot responsibilities like information research, community building, content management, event organizing and music & video producing. Later on, became the IT specialist in the company and became Consultant. Some of the things included were: Consulting with the clients and working as a Web Developer on different (outsourcing) projects. Directly communicating with client executives, working on development and maintenance of official websites, their databases and hosting protocols. Responsiblity for weekly meetings and briefing of the work done. Projects mostly included WordPress CMS, but there were also Drupal, PHP and JS websites. Aside from websites, there was Design responsibilities as well. It included Design for new websites (UX/UI), Social Media posts, Defining reusable templates.
